Physius was suffering organizationally due to the administrative pressure brought on by the end of the year. By easing this workload, there is no administrative backlog, and employee satisfaction has increased. After all, there is no more repetitive work to be done.
Fysius' clients will notice the impact of Yarado through the higher quality of care delivered. At the various Fysius locations, they no longer have to focus on processing administrative tasks, but can focus on the patients. That's another fine thing.
Fysius offers physical therapy treatments for the neck and back. By the end of the year, the company, which has 35 locations throughout the Netherlands, must update the treatment of existing patients in Intramed. In November, Yarado takes a lot of work off Fysius' hands each year by creating data points for thousands of patients, which is needed at the end of the year.
Previously, this was a very time-intensive job, and also one that was very prone to errors. Moreover, the task had to be performed for all locations. The workload increased tremendously at the end of the year because the work piled up especially towards the end of the year. It was impossible for the Fysius staff to handle the large amount of work, causing delays in other administrative tasks. In addition, the fact that the focus of the overworked staff became on administrative tasks disadvantaged patient care.
Before Fysius partnered with Yarado, employees had to spend hours manually adding patient records for the entire organization. Employees began this process by logging into the Intramed environment and exporting a .csv file that contained patient data from the previous year, from each Fysius office. This data had to be adjusted and filtered by sorting on columns, removing duplicate data and removing cells with redundant data. Finally, a new file had to be created for each patient and patient treatment details re-entered there.
Since Yarado's software robot has been running, that enormous workload at the end of the year is no longer a problem. After all, all patient data is automatically prepared for the next calendar year. Nor does it affect the daily activities of the staff, because Yarado runs from Friday evening to Monday morning, so no one is inconvenienced. Therapists can now focus on the patients while software robots keep the data current.
