Trivire is a housing corporation that rents and maintains houses and apartments. To enter the maintenance costs into the system, a transfer of 1 euro is made in the accounting software, Microsoft Dynamics. Once the actual invoice is received, the finance department must adjust that invoice to the final cost. Yarado has automated this process and swaps the estimated cost of the initial input with the actual cost of the invoice. No one has to interfere with this anymore.
hours saved per year
more time left per employee
accurate data entry
Trivire can now let go of the administrative process surrounding invoices. As a result employees have more time left and experience less work pressure.
For the customers of Trivire, it is nice that this process has been taken over by Yarado. The focus will now be more on the tenants and also the data from the houses will be used to help residents live more comfortably.
Once Trivire receives a maintenance invoice with the costs incurred, they have to straighten out the initial transfer of estimated costs by using Microsoft Dynamics' user interface. This manual task is fairly easy to perform, but very repetitive and frustrating. In addition, when done repeatedly, it results in incorrect operations and errors. Consequently, financial data is inaccurate, leading to inaccurate reporting and unreliable insights.
Before Trivire started using Yarado, Trivire employees had to perform some manual actions when an invoice came in. As a result, the process was not well structured and repetitive in nature. This they now no longer suffer from. This process is fully automated, which saves time and money. After all, less manual labor is needed each day.
No more errors are made, which means the reports are also in order. Yarado does this all year long, 24/7. Even when the finance department is extinct due to the vacation season, expenses are still tracked. In addition, further processes have been identified that would like to be automated to achieve greater operational benefits for the organization. One such process is monitoring sensor data coming from the homes to better assist tenants.
To accomplish this, Yarado performs certain actions three times a day. First, the system requests access to Microsoft Dynamics and selects the appropriate location to insert the value. Next, Yarado navigates to the previous value, called a purchase order, to connect it to the invoice. The actual quantity is then entered, and at the end the modified input is saved. This is how Yarado helps Trivire out of the doldrums on a daily basis.
